How to Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint
You can share your feedback or raise a complaint in the following ways:

We also review anonymous complaints where enough information is provided.
What You Can Expect
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- A thorough investigation will be carried out by the appropriate senior lead.
- You will receive a full written response within 15 working days. If more time is required, we will keep you updated.

- Every complaint is taken seriously and treated with respect and confidentiality.
- Your care or service will never be affected by raising a concern.
- Where appropriate, we will provide an explanation, apology, and details of any actions taken to prevent similar issues in future.
